You need an account before installing the extension. Sign-up is free.

Create your account

  1. Open app.toado.dev.
  2. Click Sign in.
  3. Choose your auth method:
    • Continue with Google (one click, recommended).
    • Email magic link (we email you a one-time link, no password).
  4. On first sign-in, you are prompted to create a company (the top-level container for projects, members, and tickets). Name it whatever fits, e.g. your business name or “personal”.
  5. Create your first project inside that company. A project is the kanban board your captures land on. Most users start with one project per website or app they are debugging.

That is the whole sign-up flow. There are no required fields beyond a company name and a project name.

Companies, projects, what?

If you want the model in one paragraph: a user belongs to one or more companies. Each company contains one or more projects. Each project has its own kanban board with columns (To Do, In Progress, Done by default; configurable). Tickets live in columns and are scoped to a project. Inviting teammates (optional)

Once your company exists, you can invite teammates from Settings › Members › Invite. Enter their email, choose a role (owner, admin, member, viewer), send. They get an email with a one-click join link.
