- Assign / unassign.
Use cases
- Auto-file tickets from a Google Form or Typeform submission.
- Post Toado events into Notion, Airtable, Coda, or another tracker.
- Trigger a CI build on
ticket.assigned. - Send a Twilio SMS when a high-priority ticket is created.
Until then
Webhooks plus a small custom Zapier or Make HTTP integration covers most cases. The native connector reduces friction; it does not unlock new capability.
